Livonia Community Church
"As the lead pastor of Livonia Community Church in Livonia, New York, at the time, I want to take the opportunity to recommend Mr. Samuel Pifer of Revolution Music (and Reach CAS) as a resource for audio equipment and service. Undoubtedly, there are many sources for procuring sound systems, but I seriously doubt that we could have experienced better service from anywhere else.
While our church was still located in its old facility, Sam guided us with hands-on help to upgrade our bulky, deteriorating old sound system and eliminated noise in the microphone connections. He made numerous inconvenient trips to our church to ensure the problems were solved.
Over a year later we re-located the church to a better facility that needed to be made into a church, i.e. a sanctuary that needed to be designed from scratch. Sam came and applied his acoustical expertise by measuring the floor plan and recommending the optimum seating arrangement, platform location, and speaker positions. We were able to use the new sound equipment we had previously purchased through Sam in the new location and follow his professional instructions for installation, but Sam himself came to properly install the new perfect speakers he found for us. Even after all of that, he has continued to contact us to be sure that everything is operating properly. It hardly needs to be pointed out that Sam’s approach to the service he provides is personal. We could not be more pleased."

St. John Vianney Parish in Bath NY
"My name is James Blaney and I am a member of St. John Vianney Parish in Bath NY. Last April during choir practice, our sound mixer caught fire. I took it to Sam and asked about a replacement and made the comment that what I really would like was a system upgrade. Sam was familiar with our sound system and agreed to come over and look at it. The short story is that he was able to find us a Bose sound system and he and his crew installed and tuned it in one weekend, and returned to retune the system after some well meaning folks messed it up. The end result is we have great sound in our church and everyone can now hear all that goes on clearly. It has been a joy to work with Sam, Chris, and Zac and I would gladly do so again any time."
